In Summer 2023, the Glenn County Resource Conservation District brought back the Downtown Market in Willows! The farmers market-like event was held on Tuesday evenings starting July 11 from 5 PM - 7 PM near the 100 block of North Butte Street in downtown Willows area.
There were several vendors lined up excited to see the community. The Downtown Market included items for dinner – e.g. street tacos, local cheeses, beef, produce, baked goods, marshmallows, honey, and other locally made products. Special things to do were also provided through supporting partners. The community enjoyed a flag folding ceremony, a coloring contest, face painting, and more. Come explore this community-based event!
